How do I return an item?

Retuning An Item:

We accept returns for refund 14 calendar days after delivery of the product. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact customer support immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or refund. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. 
There is a 25% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. Again you MUST contact us within 14 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 14 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded. 
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.


Refunds can take three to five business days to process back into your bank account. If for any reason you have not received your refund by the fifth business day please contact us at: and we will get the issue fixed.

• You must first contacts SS-Arms by email to set up your return
• Return is only claimable by the original purchaser of the item.
• Return is only claimable if the item is not damaged, not altered, and shows no signs of wear or use in any way.
• Return is only claimable if the item was purchased from SS-Arms directly.
• Return on ammo is not allowed. (Once ammo has shipped No refund will be given. All sales of ammo are final.)
(If you purchased your item from another vender then you must return your item to that vender in accordance to their return and warranty policy.)
• Returns are only claimable within 14 calendar days of the delivery date (after 14 days, no returns are allowed and it is at our sole discretion to accept returns or offer an exchange or store credit.

• If you are replacing an item then replacement item will be sent to you in the same color, size and style you ordered.
(if the color, size or style you ordered is no longer available then we will contact you via email, phone that you should have provided in your package, to select from our available color, size and style options, if we cannot reach you, then you will be sent our next closest color, size and style or our standard color, size and style.)

• All Items have a default 14 day return policy, unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return policy time period other than that 14 days.

Packing Requirements:
• Return shipping may not be provided. (Purchaser must pay for their own shipping to return the item unless we provide shipping.)
• Pack all contents of the return item in a box.
• Place a clear readable note in the box explaining and describing the issue with the product and why you are returning it.
• Add purchase order number and original sales receipt in box (found in purchase email confirmation.)

• Provide your current shipping address and contact phone, clearly printed, on purchase order slip; for replacement item to be shipped to. (if no address is provided then item will be shipped to address on original purchase order.)
• The original purchaser must send their item at their own expense to: SS-Arms
